CLEAN UP COMMITTEE

Friday and Saturday evenings we will need to have people helping clean up the building. Many hands make light work so if you can help, please contact Chara Daum.

WELCOME COMMITTEE

We want everyone who walks in the door to feel welcome and want to make sure everyone is having a good time so we need welcomers of all ages. Please contact Vicky Clark if you can help!

REGISTRATION COMMITTEE

We expect a large group and will need people to help get everyone registered as they arrive. Handing out name tags, answering questions, collecting registration fees, etc. Our fearless treasurer, Joel Mergen is leading the charge so reach out to him if this feels like the committee for you!

REMOTE FAMILY ZOOM

Volunteer to help connect remote family members to the action! Last year we found that many people who could not join us physically wanted to participate so we had them join us over Zoom. We need people who can help by joining the meeting on their phones and walking around the event! Please contact Lisa Alfelt if you can help.

ART DISPLAY/SALE COMMITTEE

Lori Odhner is leading up this group to help create an area where people can display and even sell their art if they want (sales are done by individuals, not R.O.S.E.). We need artists who want to share their work with the family. If you want to display/sell your art, you will automatically be part of the set up/clean up committee. Please contact Lori with any questions or to sign up!

AFFINITY GROUPS

Have a hobby, interest, passion? Find others with the same hobby, interest, passion, through an Affinity Group! These groups will be made up of 5-10 people lead by someone who wants to get conversations going. The format is open to whatever you want it to be so contact Lisa Alfelt if you want to RUN a group. MUSICAL PERFORMERS

We have so many musicians in the family and this is a great opportunity to join in musical efforts with fellow Roses! There will be some instruments for people to share if you are coming from out of town and bringing your kettle drum on a plan is difficult. Jeremy Rose is working to make space for musicians of all types through out the day on Friday and Saturday so reach out to him if you have a tune in your heart to share!

ROSE STORY HOUR

Modeled after The Moth Story Slam, this event will take place Friday Evening. Neil Genzlinger is looking for people to share first-person, true stories of about 5-7 minutes — something that happened to or involved you personally — that have a beginning, middle and end, as well as a point. Might be humorous, might be serious, might be both. These should be practiced and designed to entertain! Contact Neil if you have a story to tell!
